Introducing Lang’s Rusks
Rusks originated in Greece, India, South Africa, and other global areas. Lang reformulated the South African rusk which were introduced in the 1600s. They are similar to biscotti from Italy. We have reformulated this treat by going all-natural and as organic as possible. We have removed gluten, and reduced sugars and carbs without adding artificial sweeteners or flavors. Enjoy the great taste of Lang’s Rusks and the countless ways to enjoy, CRUNCH … DUNK … SPRINKLE.
All ingredients are gluten-free, organic, and have no artificial sweeteners or flavors. Baked in small homemade batches.

Michael Lang
Hello, I am Michael Lang, 72 years old, who’s passionate about common sense and effective health wellness principles. Over the past 10 years, I have overcome autoimmune, MRSA, and other medical issues and I am currently trying to reverse my Type 2 Diabetes.
I have explored weekly hiking, exercise, education, and cleansing programs during this time. I’m great at helping individuals find a successful, simple pathway to better health. To help us all, I have created a delicious, healthy, and versatile snack — the Rusk.
My experience came from the glory decades of the 1970s and 1980s fast-food chain growth. I invented the first computerized convection oven as President of Lang Manufacturing (a 120-year-old family commercial cooking equipment manufacturer) used by Mrs. Fields, Cinnabon, and many other national chains. I spent countless hours in each of their test kitchens.
